Our Digital Photos In the subfolders of the  Photos folder our photos are arranged by month (except for the Mountain Climbing & Scenic ones), and sometimes further by event or location. When you finally get down to the photos, these are all shown by thumbnails (tiny copies of each photo that load quickly), and a choice of sizes is given. Click on the size you want. Usually this will be the size your monitor can handle: try starting with Medium and work up. Also, the bigger the picture, the longer it takes to load! "Large" usually means 1024 x 768 (unless it's in portrait orientation, in which case it's made to fit inside that screen size, i.e. 576 x 768) . "Medium" usually means 640 x 480 (unless it's in portrait orientation, in which case it's made to fit inside that screen size, i.e. 360 x 480) . Once you have loaded a picture, you can save it to your computer. To get out of the picture and back to the thumbnails, press the Back button on your Internet browser. The titles of the main folders indicate the month the photos in it were taken, and the title of each photo always indicates the date and time the photo was taken. The format is a little peculiar, but you're smart, you'll figure it out! (Most  of these photos were taken at a resolution of 1600 x 1200 (the maximum size our digital camera takes). However, because these take up so much memory, I have removed them from my web site to save space, leaving only the "Large" and "Medium" sizes. Nuestras fotos digitales En los subfólderes del fólder de fotos están organizadas nuestras fotos por mes (con la excepción de las de Mountain Climbing & Scenic , es decir, Andinismo y Paisajes), y a veces están subdivididas por evento o ubicación. Cuando al fin llega usted a las fotos, todas éstas están representadas por "thumbnails" (copias diminutivas de cada foto, que se bajan rapidito), y se  dan opciones de tamaño. Haga click en el tamaño deseado. Generalmente éste será un tamaño que cabrá en su monitor: comience con Mediano para ver. Además, entre más grande la foto, ¡más tiempo demora en bajarse! "Grande" generalmente quiere decir 1024 x 768 (a menos que esté en orientación "portrait", en tal caso se hace caber en tal tamaño de monitor, es decir, 576 x 768). "Mediano" generalmente quiere decir 640 x 480 (a menos que esté en orientación "portrait", en tal caso se hace caber en tal tamaño de monitor, es decir, 360 x 480). Una vez que esté bajada una foto, la puede guardar en su computador. Para salir de la foto y regresar a los "thumbnails", oprima el botón de Regreso en su programa "browser".
